Public evidence standard

What a record must prove.

P1.3 added a governed publication path, not content coverage. A page appears only after its identity, evidence, rights, review, and immutable public representation satisfy the complete publication gate.

1 · Canonical identity firstA source candidate or heritage object is not automatically a specific commercial release. The public page must resolve to one approved, live canonical model identity.
2 · Cited evidence with rightsRelease and historical claims need attributable evidence with valid public-use authority. A raw link, search result, or unsupported summary is insufficient.
3 · Human editorial reviewIdentity, factual narrative, citations, and uncertainty are reviewed before admission. Unknown facts remain explicitly unknown.
4 · Immutable publication evidenceThe public representation must continue to match its approved editorial snapshot and publication evidence. A mismatch removes the record from the public projection.
5 · Discovery follows publicationModel and entity discovery, feeds, and external notification may follow a valid publication decision. They never create or substitute for that decision.

Public facts

The authoritative current count is published in the public evidence ledger. Counts describe only records that presently pass the gate. They do not certify completeness for a brand, period, territory, or the sneaker market as a whole.

Future capability

Source connectors, contribution workflows, media storage, canonical admission, schedules, and publication dispatch remain separate governed capabilities. Their existence in a design or control plane does not prove activation or coverage.
